Webarchives, a leading provider of Digital Asset Management (DAM) software for the Real Estate industry, was approached by Clark Construction to consolidate the content of three existing databases, as well as information stored on servers in their regional offices, into one digital library using iDAM™ software.
Focused on eliminating the inefficiencies associated with locating digital assets stored in separate networks, the marketing team at Clark was on the hunt for a more adept way of archiving data and imagery. Like many large firms, the challenge they faced was finding a solution that would not interrupt proposal flow or critical deadlines.
Our information experts worked with Clark to gain an understanding of their existing systems and to determine which iDAM™ solution would be most beneficial to their workflow. Ultimately, webarchives installed the iDAMLive™ engine, which works with any existing network infrastructure. Once installed, the engine ingests the files, extracts the metadata, securely stores it and makes it searchable in seconds.
Clark Construction was very pleased with the end-result and was thankful for the seamless transition.
