Install iDAMLive to any network location and have iDAM incorporate assets for search and preview. Up to 20 network locations can be configured for each instance or license of iDAM.

Network Location (Hot Repository)
iDAMLive works with your existing network infrastructure and domain account permissions, making the integration easy and quick to install. User are able to add and delete files through the iDAMLive interface from the network location based on their domain account permissions.

Open File Location
Users can simply "Open" a file from the network location from with in the iDAMLive environment. When the file is open and saved, the changes are instantly updated in the iDAM environment.

Live Versions
iDAM will allow the versioning of assets within a Live Collection or Project.  The versioned asset may be stored in a locked repository with the most current version always available in the both the Network and Live location.

Network Queue
iDAMLive can ingest large network shares by processing the files in the iDAMUtility queue allowing for large collections to be added at a time. Users can continue to access the system while files are being processed.

Secure Access
iDAMLive can be configured to restrict deletions from within the iDAM environment. This helps to control network access while still serving up information to the entire company. iDAMLive works seamlessly with your existing Active Directory permissions.
